Application of legal conditions

These Terms and Conditions will apply to all products offered byNOT NORMAL PETthrough its Website. 

The products offered through this Website are available for sale in Spain and Portugal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale occasionally, without prior notice and according to our own needs. Such conditions will come into effect upon being published on the Website and will remain in force until they are modified and duly published on the Website. The Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the Website at the time you place your order will govern that purchase. 

Placing orders on the website

  1. You need an email address to place an order. Our site will guide you through the steps you need to follow to place an order and make payment. Our ordering process allows you to check and correct any errors before submitting your order. 
  2. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. The purchase will only be confirmed upon receipt of the order confirmation email.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email that the products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). 
  4. If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you in writing as soon as possible and will not process the order. 
  5. To place an order on the website, you must be at least 18 years old.
  6. The website is intended solely for the sale of NOT NORMAL PETS products directly to end consumers, and not for resale. Resale purchases are strictly prohibited. If we believe you are involved in a resale purchase, we reserve the right to take any action against you.
  7. When you place your order, we will carry out some checks before processing it. These checks may include validating your address and checking for potential fraud. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted. 
  8. By placing an order or making a payment on our site, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You also warrant that all information provided to process the payment is correct and that you are authorised to use the payment method offered. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if we cannot verify the information you have provided or the selected payment method. In the event of cancellation on our part, we will refund the total amount paid.

Prices and offers

The prices of the products will be those displayed on the website. 

All product prices displayed on the website are in euros. The order price will be indicated with taxes.

Shipping costs are not included in the price; they will be added at the end of the purchase and will be indicated as an additional charge on the order form (except in cases where free shipping is offered). Please refer to the shipping section for more details on shipping costs.

All our products are shipped from Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona, Spain)

We reserve the right to remove any product from the website at any time. Prices may change occasionally, but these changes will not affect already confirmed orders. 

All products offered at a special price (sale items) will be displayed on the website with the following information: sale price and regular price. No other promotional code can be applied if a sale is already in effect. 

Payment terms

It is possible to place orders at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

As stated on the payment page, NOT NORMAL PETS will only accept payments made with credit or debit cards, electronic payment systems, or Bizum, depending on the availability indicated on the payment page. No other forms of payment other than those mentioned above will be accepted.

You must confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours or that the cardholder has authorised you to use it. Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by their card issuer. If your card issuer declines the payment authorisation to NOT NORMAL PETS, we will not be responsible for any delays that occur in delivery.

In order to ensure the security of payment transactions, NOT NORMAL PETS uses a secure payment system. This means that all confidential data is encrypted and transmitted directly to a secure server. Payments made through digital payment platforms, such as PAYPAL, will direct you to the appropriate page so you can log in and pay through PayPal's secure services. The use of these services may incur additional costs arising from the fees charged by that entity, which will be payable by you. Such costs will be indicated in each case, and always before proceeding to confirm the purchase.
